Welcome to Chicago's Best Vacation Rentals.  The amazing Chicago city skyline view that you see below is the view from our deck.   In the next picture, you will see our luxurious 6 person hot tub.  These are just a few of the amenities at our rentals.      

Our building has 2 apartments that have been completely renovated with many luxurious 5 star amenities.   Each apartment has 3 queen beds plus a queen air bed.

Our rentals are located just a short 15 minute drive or cab ride from our downtown city center and from all of the great attractions of Chicago.   It is also a very short a 10-15 minute train ride on our great public transportation system to most of the places that visitors come to our city to see. 

We are also less than 10 minutes from McCormick Place, our convention center.   We have hosted many happy guests that were here for business there. 

For our business travelers, it is less than ten minutes to our convention center, McCormick Place, which is located less than 3 miles away.

 Baseball fans will love that we are a very short walking distance from U.S. Cellular Field, the home of the 2005 World Champion Chicago White Sox.

 Our neighborhood is one of the safest parts of the city.  Our block is quiet and peaceful.   You won’t hear car alarms and sirens all night long here like you will in the more congested areas of the city. 

Unlike most areas of this city, we have plenty of easy street parking and we also rent our garage for private off street parking.   

Our rates vary from $150-$250 per night and $850-$1,200 per week.   All rates depend on the length and timing of your stay, the season, and any holidays or special events.   Rentals of 5 days or more may get the weekly rate pro rated.    

We sometimes offer discounts and last minute specials in the last 2-6 weeks.  Please ask us about those if you are contacting us at the last minute.  

Guests visiting in January and February can take advantage of our winter specials when rates can go as low as $100 per night.  

We have a 2 night minimum at all times and usually have a 3 night minimum from May to October. Special events and certain holidays may have longer minimum stay requirements.    All rentals require a refundable security deposit of $200

Each apartment comfortable sleeps 6 persons in 3 queen beds.  We also have a queen air bed in each apartment that can be set up for one additional sleeping space.   Sometimes we make an exception and allow 7 or 8 people, but we prefer to limit occupancy to 6.
