By Natalie H (Las Vegas, Nevada) I really recommend this place!!! This place is definitely a great bargain and well worth the money. It is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. It is very big with all the extras you can imagine: big comfy beds, spa shower (like a massage), Internet, laundry, and more. It’s a home, not just an empty rental.  It is in a safe neighborhood very close to public transportation.  One of the biggest perks is the truly kind & helpful owner who helps with anything you need.

We came in for a convention at McCormick Place and stayed at Bob's place for a week. It was a great short drive to the convention each morning! House was comfortable for us and the shower is AWESOME!! I came in with a cold and left feeling great, I loved the steam shower! Thanks Bob for a great stay!  04/28/09  Sheena , Zimmerman, MN

Thank you for having us.   It was wonderful to sit on the deck and chat away whilst enjoying looking out on downtown Chicago.  After walking the city and enjoying all the other attractions, it was bliss to come home to a lovely hot tub.  I must mention the shower. Without doubt it is the best shower I have ever showered in. We will be in touch when we can visit Chicago again. A great place to stay.  We loved the hot tub and the shower! We also loved the neighborhood--we jogged around the area every day and enjoyed looking at all of the new houses. So close to the train/subway too!   Thanks again, Tammera

We enjoyed staying on 37th St very much. There was plenty of room for us and it was close to everything. We watched the fireworks from the roof-top patio, used the internet, and were very comfortable. It was easy to get to the city and by the second day the people at the taxi company and the deli across the street knew our names.  Chicago turned out to be an excellent city for a conference and for tourist activity. This was a great place to stay!  It was a short walk to the El train.  The deck was relaxing with a super view of the city.  The hot tub was clean and relaxing.  One of our concerns was the neighborhood (we had heard some things about Chicago) but the rental is in a nice neighborhood and we felt very safe. The rental is located very near the highway, so it's easy to get around from there. Parking was no problem at all and Bob was very available.   Sandy, Hilliard, OH

 Excellent value,  By Dan (Saint Paul, MN USA) This space has everything that you need for your Chicago visit. You'd think that parking might be an issue when there are White Sox games, but passes are provided, and there is even access to a separate parking area in case the street fills up while you're out on the town.  You're very close to the Red Line and US Cellular Field. The place itself has wireless, a luxurious shower, beautiful deck and the hot tub is great too.  We would stay again and recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay and especially liked the hot tub and computer accessibility. The renter handled all transactions fairly and in a timely manner. I would highly suggest staying here over a hotel. It's a short walk to the train station and a short ride to downtown.   No complaints!  Crystal, MI

 Like a slice of home  By Craig (San Francisco).  The place was great.  The kitchen was superb and the shower was super awesome. It has those crazy body jets and a steam option.  It’s super relaxing, but if that wasn't relaxing enough, there was the hot tub. This thing was almost big enough to swim in and trust me, that's huge! We spent a lot of time in the hot tub as there was a blizzard outside. The condo was in a nice location and the freeway is  just down the block, making it very easy to get around. When I come back to Chicago, I am definitely staying here again.

Bob was the only owner who was friendly enough to answer all our questions and emails. Hence we were completely confident that the flat would be nice and comfortable and even discovered that it was better than we thought with great multi-function shower, hot tub,  and a computer with internet access. Bob also left an extensive documentation about transportation, shops and restaurants which was really helpful. We can highly recommend you this apartment, where we had a wonderful time. Our Policies

We don't rent the unit for parties of any kind or to younger adults.   We also require that someone in the group must be 25 or older. We want you to have a great time and to enjoy yourself, but we don't want a frat party.  We also don’t allow pets.   There is no smoking in the apartment, the enclosed back porch, or the hot tub addition, but you are welcome to smoke in the backyard patio area or on our deck.
